Get spam out of the inbox and save the admin

Save the Admin anti spam gameYou have a sacred corporate mission. To help the company’s poor IT admin guy to remove the deluge of spams coming in to the corporate email inboxes. If not, the admin will be sacked for not doing his job of keeping the inboxes clear of spams. Sounds very fun, isn’t it? I have a jolly good time “helping” the admin to clear the spams. It’s a daunting and challenging task, because the spams can come in different forms and subjects. So I got to be very careful so that important corporate emails won’t be cleared, if not, my admin friend is going to be sabotaged by me! But…well, this is just a very cool anti spam game.

Addons for Firefox 3

Firefox 3Just upgraded to Firefox 3 with much anticipation but was disappointed that so many of my addons were not compatible to the new version at this moment. This is not something major as I know patches and updates will come by one by one and everything will be okay again. It goes on to show that I can’t surf the net without these addons and productivity would be greatly affected. Among the incompatible addons are AutoCopy, Submit’em Now, Dictionary Tooltip and a few others..In the end, I uninstalled Firefox 3 and tried to re-download Firefox 2.0.0.14 but after searching for it for sometime, I finally found a copy of the old version. Most of the major download sites had already updated the Firefox download link to those of Firefox 3. Sorry to hear my rumbling…

Firefox 3 browser is released

Firefox 3Firefox is now my default browser at home and at office. I really like its functionalities and ease of customization. Firefox 2 is the best browser out there at my opinion and while it may lose out to Opera in terms of speed, its cool features and superb browsing performance more than make up for the slower speed. The good news is, the Mozilla development team has now released the next major upgrade of the browser, Firefox 3, which is now available for download. This upgrade of the open source browser has “more than 15,000 improvements”, and is “faster, safer and smarter than ever before”.
