Recently I have been receiving quite a number of emails from previous online contacts about this new BIG thing coming up called Giblink (is it spelled correctly?). As for many “next-big-thing” sensations that came and went, everything about Gibline is highly refreshing and promising. It says “everyone will be paid”. As I’m such an optimist, I always look to the brighter side of it despite all the troubles I have faced in the past with such “next-big-thing” programs.

Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) is the new search engine algorithm from Google. What this means is that search engine results are based upon relevancy not upon the site having the right keywords or the most links. Sites with quality content, which is most relevant to the search terms, will end up higher on the search results page.

Duplicate content is a hot, if not over discussed, topic among the search engine marketing community. In a nutshell, if you have basically the same content on more than one page, the search engines will choose the one they think is the most important and rank it and only it. If you do too much of this, you could get some demerits from the search engines. If you really overdo it with mirror sites and the like, you could get banned or at least penalized.
