When this word “loan” is mentioned, it often connotes a rather negative impression about the financial health of a person. I’d like to comment this is not true because loans are not a bad thing at all, but in fact, a very good financial instrument to help one achieve the goal in life if used positively.

Borrow loan as much as you can when you are in good financial health when you are able to repay them in time. That will create a good track record and you can easily get one when you really need one in times of financial strain. That’s what I learn from one successful business guy. Make the money lender loves you!

I’m a member here at nextday90 (I’m a profit member here) but I’m still rather apprehensive of all my bad experience in online traffic advertising schemes due to the CEP fiasco and others in the past 12 months. However, it’s nice to see more positive updates from this guy. Sometimes, I’m really gutless to try such thing again, but, but I must admit it’s appealing to me subconsciously. Should you use ppc advertising or natural search engine listings to make money on the internet?, it has been my experience that both work and both should be incorporated into your marketing efforts. First a couple of things on each marketing techniques.

PPC:
* Google is constantly raising the minimum bid amount on keywords( this is the amount needed to get the keyword activated and start showing your ad)
* True you only pay when someone clicks on your ad, but this may be a competitor and you still pay for that click…not very targeted
* If someone recommends a product on a website or email then a visitor will likely believe this more than a ppc advert that they see
* Your daily click cost totals can add up quickly
* Ppc advertising is probably the quickest way to generate traffic to your website or affiliate site.

Continuing from Day 1..

We woke up early at around 6am the next day anticipating with excitement for the climb today. The surrounding was nice, cool and fresh. The trees around looked so luxuriant and green. It was one of the freshest mornings I ever experienced in my life. Well, I still never forgot the intermittently working heater in the bathroom last night. That meant one moment the water was okay at right temperature, but the next, the water suddenly turned freezing cold! What an amazing little thing to share with you.

I took a picture of the lovely lodge we stayed. It was so idyllic, wasn’t it?
