For the last few days, my internet access has been intermittently slow. This is due to the earthquake in Taiwan affecting the underwater cables there. Newsports forecast that this sluggishness could continue for the next couple of weeks as the repairing parties are actively patching up the damaged structures but are affected by the bad weather conditions there.
It is really quite frustrating coming online because the site access speed seems a couple of notches slower now. I am just amazed that Internet has controlled so much of our everyday lifes and the sectors that are hardest hit are those from e-commerce and real-time finances transaction industries.
