Yes, Ditch your blogger. And yes, I know you have already created lots of contents and have spent precious months building up your coating your blogger to look as original as possible. However, if you are seriously considering doing power blogging, here’s why you should throw blogger away and get wordpress blogging platform - the best blogging platform in the world - on your own hosted domain, like what many pro bloggers are doing.
I started using blogger too because when I started, I’d only heard of blogger. While it is very user-friendly, you could be in troubles at anytime because of its all mighty owner - Google which legally owns your content and if they are unhappy with you, you could be in serious blogging nightmare as you could find you can’t log into your blog anymore or your blog url simply vanish over night! That’s why wordpress has this great advantage as you have full control over it provided if you install it on your own domain.
