Zimbio gives bloggers an extra edge to blogging

zimbio and bloggingAs blogging community gets larger and more influential, I find that there are more and more websites emerging to complement the blogging craze which is set to flare up a few notches more in the months to come. These websites are there because of blogging and its “survival-bility” solely depends on blogging community. It’s like cellphone and cellphone cover, each complementing each other perfectly.

One such website which I think is superb is Zimbio. How can Zimbio help bloggers to spread out the spheres of influence to far flung corners of the cyber space?

Once you select “Promote My Blog”, we’ll analyze each of your new blog entries and try to match them to a related wikizine. If we find a match, we’ll automatically import your article for you and generate an inbound link to your site. We’ll also post a notification so you know when your article’s been auto-imported. All you need to do is write great articles and we’ll take care of the rest. Keep in mind that all content imported and posted on Zimbio will fall under a Creative Commons License. If you have any questions, read our terms of service or contact us.

Backlinks are what websites live for. They are like votes for your website. So any idea or tool that can help you increase your valid backlinks are sure to get popular and recommend. That’s why I signed up Zimbio primarily for. To get more backlinks.

Zimbio also let you create “People’s Guide to….” or “Wikizine”. These can be regarded as the compiled dossiers of any subject you want to have all under one place. They are very interactive “magazines” that anyone can create or edit. So anyone interested can come in to subscribe to their favored wikizine and participate in activities like “group blogging, news tracking, pictures, video playlists, discussion forums and more”. Of course, if you may create your own wikizine too and import your blog posts to your wikizine so that other people can join, comment or add new content at Zimbio.

I should say Zimbio is here to stay, and we bloggers are in for an exciting time.

Yes I agree Franca. Thanks! But I think zimbio is still under-rated.
